    This is the foundation of every action we do. Although we function in this world and must act in its reality, we recognize that our ultimate intention for every deed we do is to be in service of our Lord's creation.

    Mercy (Rahmah)

    We believe mercy is the foundational attribute of our faith and work. We aim to exercise our mercy towards those who work for us, those we work with, and ultimately those we serve.

    Justice ('Adl)

    Inside and outside the organization, we stand against oppression and inequity, striving to uphold fairness and human dignity in all our work. Although we will sometimes fall short of being just, we will aim to have humility to recognize this and rectify.

    Thinking small is a self imposed human limitation. We carry a bold vision for our organization and the world, so we must think big at all times. We must think differently, innovatively, and with an inspiring vision - even if we are misunderstood and thought to be naive.

This means we will insist on the highest ethical and operating standards to drive frugality, efficiency, and impact. It means we will drive ownership at every level of the organization to ensure our standards are upheld.
